Children’s Mission Statement

“Guiding Families to Grow the NEXTGENeration into Disciples that Love God and Love Others.”

Pikes Peak Children’s Ministry @ The Park serves children and their families. We believe that the home should be the primary place where faith is developed and lived out and we want to partner with YOU to build a God-honoring family!

Annual Events:

-"WinterJAM" (February on Presidents' Day Weekend)--4th & 5th grade winter retreat @ Quaker Ridge Camp in Woodland Park. This camp runs Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon.

-Community Easter Egg Hunt (Age 2-5th grade) on the Saturday the day before Easter @ 9 am @ Pinello Elementary School.

-Vacation Bible School - V.B.S. is offered for Kindergarten-5th grade. Volunteer kids have preschool & nursery offered.

-Fall Fest (October 31st, 6-8 pm.) Candy, Games, and Food for the family!

-Operation Cooperation (all family service project). We offer Thanksgiving baskets to people in our community. We collect food all November and then deliver the baskets on the Sunday afternoon before Thanksgiving.

-Baby Dedications (offered twice a year: Father's Day Weekend & Weekend before Christmas) There is a required class for parents is offered a few weeks before the dedication services.
