About CHAMPS (1st - 6th Grade):

Our grade school youth are part of a group called CHAMPS.  Our elementary teaching is focused around three basic truths every child should embrace according to what Jesus modeled in Luke 2:52.

1. I need to make the wise choice.
2. I can trust God no matter what
3. I should treat others the way I want to be treated

During weekend services our CHAMPS classrooms teach these three truths through Bible stories using a memory verse as the framework each month.  The kids also bring home a "Refrigerator Door" card and a "God Time" card each week as a tool to assist parents in their child's spiritual growth.
