We need friends, and church is the best place to make friends. Unfortunately, many are part of a crow, but find themselves to be terribly lonely. We hunger for deep relationships, bu we don’t know how to find or form them. You may day that you don’t need friends, but you do. Jesus Himself had friends. Friendships keep us from being selfish. they help us through tough times. They give us a better perspective when overwhelmed by life. We need friends.

Part 6:Faith in every Circumstance
Romans 8: 1-39

The Word of God is a believer’s insight to the personality of God. It is how we learn His likes and His dislikes, what pleases His heart, and what makes Him angry. It shows us how He feels about us, and how He is going to operate in our daily, and eternal lives. As we grow we must be able to stand on God’s word in every circumstance.
When you cannot see the trace of God’s hand, you must trust His heart
~Babbie Masson

The daily influences over our life circumstance

4. _________________Will: John 10:10 (b) But I have come, that they might have Life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

Growing UP
Part 4: Daily Habits
. Be transformed

Bottom Line: Transformation is not just a biblical concept, but a tangible work of Christ.
Three areas of evident transformation:

1. Relationships
a. I will never grow as much alone as I will with other believers (Ephesians 4:11-16)

2. Worship

3. Service
a. We have been cleansed so that we can serve the Living God. (Hebrews 9:11-14)
b. If I’m not serving God, I’m serving the world

Salvation isn’t the end goal; it’s the beginning of a life-long journey.

Our Daily habits determine our direction. Like going to the gym builds muscle and strength, our daily habits as a believer cause us to grow and be more like Christ.

This weekend we are making some changes to help us serve families in a greater way. In this message, we’ll catch a vision of what the future looks like when your family and your church work in harmony to create “orange.”

There’s incredible impact when the church and home work together to strengthen families!

If you’ve ever had to wait in a grocery store check-out line, you can instantly tell that people in our society place a high value on outward appearance. The women and men that grace the covers of tabloids and magazines are perfectly sculpted or air-brushed and photo-shopped to give that appearance. God is not like that. He values something far less visible but far more valuable.
